Unless 48 hours’ notice is given, cancelled lessons will be charged at full rate

If the driving instructor is late due to traffic or a car problem, they will contact you by text or phone call. Any lost time will be added onto the lesson or another lesson if agreed.

The driving instructor has the right to cancel the lesson at short notice. Any lessons cancelled by the driving instructor will be rescheduled at an agreed date and time.

The driving instructor has the right to terminate the lesson if they believe the pupil is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

All lessons must be paid before lesson commences.

Cash/Bank Transfer are accepted. Bank transfer must be made at time of booking.

The driving instructor has the right to withdraw the car for the DVSA driving test if they deem you are not at the required standard to pass the test.

The cost of the test paid to the DVSA does not include the car for the test. The use of the car for the test will be £150, this includes the pre-test lesson and use for the duration of the test.

The driving instructor accepts no liability for personal injury or loss during a driving lesson or test. All claims for injuries must be made to the current insurance company available on request.

The driving instructor will not tolerate, and terminate the lesson if, abusive, threatening or non-co-operative behavior is shown.

The driving instructor will only wait a maximin of 15 minutes if the pupil is late and the lesson will then be forfeited at the full rate.

Intensive courses are non-refundable.

All refunds are done by bank transfer only, within a period of 14 working days.
